Had a bad experience with Goettl and found Ryan through a recommendation from my neighbor.

Goettl replaced a capacitor for $355 where the part cost no more than $20. On top... read more of that, charged additional $395 for labor and made it look like you get a deal by subtracting $50. Paid $700 for a temporary fix. The problem was not resolved and gave a estimated quote for $4400. There was NO WAY! Our unit is less than 5 years old on a 2018 home.

Our A/C worked partial of the house. It was never broken. Apparently we had a zoning issue that was resolved a couple weeks after by a smaller company called Dakine.

Ryan from Dakine said our side of the house was wired wrong. He said he TRIPLE checked! Did Goettl sabotage us? We will never find out.

We contacted DaKine in the middle of the day to see when we might be able to have someone look at our equipment. Ryan responded immediately, and was able to get to us the same afternoon!

Ryan was friendly, thorough, and happy to explain the steps he was taking along the way. We are grateful for the rapid assistance, and we'll be using DaKine for our HVAC needs going forward.
